1. Put an envelope labeled “Spirit Wear” with a note including the item(s), color, size and quantity along with your child’s name, teacher and grade in your child’s backpack.  Include a check (made out to South Mountain PTA) for the correct amount. Your item(s) will be sent home via your child’s backpack within 2-3 days.
